We had a wonderful weekend. Rich and I went to the cabin Friday night and Saturday. It was very peaceful. Kami and Annie stayed home and Trevor stayed with them. The only casualties were a chewed up shoe lace (mine), Kami forgot her lunch in the van on Saturday when she was going to her mime class, and then Annie fell in the pool. Trevor was right there to pull her out. Hopefully she learned something....like stay away from the pool and not.....swimming in the pool is lots of fun! At the cabin we had 3 snapping turtles out on the turtle raft sunning themselves. The painted turtles kind of got pushed off. Snapping turtles are very ugly creatures! It gives me shivers to look at them.
Today we had special meeting in Stewartville which was very encouraging. Then we went to Tanner Mote's 4th birthday party. New baby Rory was there. I really enjoyed holding her! Tanner's eyes lit up when he got his birthday present from his mom and dad.....a small 4 wheeler!
